Grote menigten gingen de afgelopen dagen in Hongkong de straat op, om te voorkomen dat er een uitleveringsverdrag komt met China. Duizenden christenen hebben zich in de protesten gemengd, meldt Evangelical Focus. Hun aanwezigheid blijft niet onopgemerkt: 'Sing Hallelujah to the Lord' is het onofficiële lied geworden die symbool staat voor de protesten.
